Batavia Arrack, Cynar, Bitters, Whole egg, Cream, Brown sugar coffee syrup, Orange bitters
Ingredients
| 1 | oz | Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten |
| 1 | oz | Cynar |
| 3⁄4 | oz | Brown sugar coffee syrup |
| 1 | Whole egg | |
| 1 | oz | Cream |
| 1 | ds | Orange bitters (hard dash) |
| 3 | dr | Bitters, Fee Brothers Old Fashion |
Instructions
Shake, strain, straight up, small glass, garnish.
Syrup: stir 1 tablespoon each espresso and water into 1/2 cup brown sugar. It will be a thick mixture. Let steep overnight. Keeps for one week refrigerated.
