Description
Blanco tequila, Elderflower liqueur, Peychaud's Bitters, Lime juice, Rose water, Cucumber
Ingredients
| 1 1⁄4 | oz | Blanco tequila |
| 1 | oz | Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain |
| 1⁄2 | oz | Lime juice |
| 2 | ds | Rose water |
| 4 | ds | Peychaud's Bitters |
| 2 | sli | Cucumber |
Instructions
Muddle rosewater, bitters, and cucumber; add ice, spirits, shake and strain. Rim glass and garnish with additional cucumber slice.

I just made this for the first time in many months, and it really is good- the cucumber and St. Germain make for such a refreshing way to drink tequila (which I admittedly don't tend to gravitate towards, but tonight was Rick Bayless night....)
