1 12ozRum, Barbancourt (or Bacardi 8 yr)
34ozLime juice
1ozSimple syrup
2dsBitters, Angostura
1ozChampagne (float)
Lightly muddle mint, lime, simple. Add rum, bitters and ice. Shake. Double strain into cocktail glass. Float champagne.
