|1⁄2||oz||Crème de Banane, Marie Brizard|
|3⁄4||oz||Pineapple syrup (Recipe below)|
|2||oz||Grapefruit soda, Izze|
Combine, add ice, shake and strain into a an ice filled large Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a banana chip.
To make the pineapple syrup combine in a sauce pan 3 cups pineapple juice (unsweetend), the juice of 4 lemons and peel from 2, 1 1/2 cups bakers sugar (superfine). Bring to a boil, stir to combine and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer to slightly thickend about 20 minutes. Fine strain and refridgerate for about 1 week.
