1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey, Kilbeggan
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
1 1⁄2 oz Soda water
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish; 2-3)
Instructions

Shake, strain into a Collins over fresh ice and soda, garnish.

  • Soda water is not needed. We've up in a coupe. As another use e suggested I tried it with Peychauds, while not bad I prefer with Orange Bitters only.
  • Leave out the soda
  • Peychauds bitters in addition to the orange work beautifully
