1 12 oz Gin
12 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Grapefruit juice (white)
12 oz Simple syrup
1 t Orange marmalade (Mackays orange marmalade with Champagne)
2 oz Sparkling white wine
1 ds Absinthe
1 twst Grapefruit peel (optional)
Shake all but wine with ice, double strain into a champagne flute, drop in twist, top with bubbly.
