1 12 oz Pimm's No. 1 Cup
34 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Gin, Tanqueray
12 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
1 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 ds Cynar (as rinse)
Instructions
Rinse a coupe with Cynar. Shake everything else, strain into rinsed coupe. Garnish with 7 drops of Peychaud's.
