3⁄4 oz Apple cider (see note)

Instructions

Shake together with ice. Fine strain into a coupe that has been rinsed with Herbsaint. Garnish with an apple slice.

4 cups high quality higher acid apple cider
Just under 2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
