Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | oz | Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain |
| 1⁄2 | oz | Crème de Violette |
| 3⁄4 | oz | Grapefruit juice |
| 1 1⁄2 | oz | Sparkling white wine, Gruet |
| 4 | ds | Lavender bitters |
Instructions
Shake St Germain, Violette and grapefruit juice with ice, strain into coupe glass, top with sparkling wine and bitters.
