Roses and bubbles
Ingredients
| 2 | oz | Raspberry vodka, Absolut Raspberry |
| 1 | oz | Ouzo (Metaxa) |
| 1⁄2 | oz | Syrup of roses |
| 1 | pn | Rose water, Fee Brothers (rose essence is better) |
| 2 1⁄2 | oz | Brut Champagne |
Instructions
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into champagne flute. Top with brut champagne and add a little spray of rose essence (if you use rose water add 2 sprays). Garnish with 2 rose petals and serve.
Notes
Flowers and bubbles combined in this particular drink. Ideal for lovers.
