Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass. Rim a lime peel along the inside of the drink.

Frederic Yarm, at the link, interprets the confusing instructions as 1 1/2 oz rum | 1/2 oz port |1/2 oz lime juice | 1/2 tsp raspberry syrup.
