La Poire Shandy

1 oz Pear eau de vie
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup (2:1)
4 oz Hefeweizen
1 ds Orange bitters
1 sli Pear (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain over ice, top with beer, garnish.

Notes

Slightly altered—pear vodka swapped out for pear eau de vie.
