Jaguar Juice

2 oz Bourbon
3 oz Tea
3 oz Orange juice
2 oz Black tapioca pearls
Instructions

Add the bourbon whiskey, unsweetened tea and OJ into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass with the tapioca balls.

Notes

Small cubes or crushed ice mixed in will help keep the black tapioca 'spots' suspended. Actually using southern sweet tea adds too much sugar in our opinion.

History

Coming up with a Jacksonville Jaguars team themed drink at the start of the 2013 NFL season was the motivation. Wanted the taste of the south and the spotted look of the big cat to be incorporated. Published near the end of September that year.
