1 oz Gin, Plymouth
7⁄8 oz Ginger syrup
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Ale, Froach (Froach is a lighter, complex heather ale)
Instructions

Shake gin, ginger syrup, lemon juice and bitters with ice, strain into champagne flute. Top with beer, garnish with lemon wedge.
