  • Made with a homemade spiced vermouth. Nice drink but not really much like a martini.
  • Olive is good. Used Thomas Dakin Gin which adds a nice herbal side to what could be quite a sweet drink. Noilly Prat.
  • Accessible martini riff. Olive garnish, per the original, made it more interesting.
