East India Flip

1 oz Sherry, Lustau East India Solera
1 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Cream
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1 Whole egg
1 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged
1 pn Cinnamon (as garnish, optional)
Instructions

Combine, dry shake, then shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon (optional).
