Doctor Funk (Don the Beachcomber)

Light rum, Pastis, Soda water, Lime juice, Grenadine
1 12ozLight rum (either Puerto Rican or Cuban)
1tPastis, Pernod
34ozLime juice
3ozSoda water (to top)
Shake everything except soda, pour unstrained into a pilsner glass. Add soda and stir to combine.
This is pretty underpowered compared to the Trader Vic Dr. Funk variant - if your pilsner glass is 16 oz, it's probably very weak.

Good catch y'all!

I rewrote the drink to Berry's standard, and cited him. I also created the Trader Vic version from the Bartender's Guide.
