Canton Daisy

1 12 oz Ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton
1 oz Lemon juice
34 oz Green Chartreuse
14 oz Simple syrup
8 dr Bitters, Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters Rhubarb
1 cube Candied ginger
1 spl Club soda, Q
Shake with ice, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice, add a splash of club and garnish with candied ginger cube.
My ginger twist on the classic "May Daisy" cocktail. It's definitely sweeter, but the intense ginger, lemon, and interesting depth from the rhubarb bitters keeps it from being cloying
