1ozOloroso sherry, Lustau
1 12ozScotch, Glenfiddich 18
12ozLemon juice
14ozGrade B maple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with absinthe. Add a large ice cube and an orange twist. Use the higher volume of maple syrup if lemons are more tart than normal.
