2 oz Gin
1 oz Meyer lemon juice
1⁄2 Meyer lemon zest
Instructions

Shake and serve on the rocks, or straight, or whatever

I read this to my wife, who likes van Aviation, and her reaction was, "that's disgusting!". Not that it wouldn't taste good. But what's the concept here?
